Introduction
Christian Council of Tanzania is the faith-based organization which promotes humanity dignity and serve all community holistically. In order to improve Human Resource Management, the Administration and Huma Resources directorate introduced exit interview for all outgoing employees. Exit interviews allow employees to freely share their experiences within the organization and their views about the overall culture, processes and management structure of the organization during their tenure. This provides important feedback to the entire organization for further improvement in future.
Purpose
The purpose of the exit interview helps employer to gathering valuable insights which provide opportunities for enhancing development, recruitment and retention.
